Our Mission

Our goal is clear: to organize impactful events and support artists in achieving their ambitions. With our compact, client-focused team, we offer personal attention combined with a large professional network. This allows us to bring together the right people and resources for every type of project—whether it’s a large-scale event or the intimate development of an artist’s career.

With decades of experience and a tailor-made approach, we set the standard for how events move people and how artists tell their stories. For us, every event is an opportunity to create a powerful narrative and leave a lasting impact.

Marc Hofstede

Music and entertainment have always been the common thread in my life. From DJing in clubs to working in a record store, music runs through my veins.

Since 1989, I have been working in Hilversum, where my career began at BMG Ariola. I later moved to Polygram, which became Universal Music in 1999. In various promotion and marketing roles, I had the privilege of collaborating with many national and international artists.

In 2000, I joined The Entertainment Group, where I became head of the Music Division. During this time, artists such as Marco Borsato, Guus Meeuwis, Ilse DeLange, and Trijntje Oosterhuis were key figures at the company, and I was responsible for their day-to-day business.

This role also led me to take on major events, including “Groots met een Zachte G” and “Symphonica in Rosso”. Through these experiences, I developed my production skills and deepened my passion for events in the broadest sense.

In 2007, I left The Entertainment Group and co-founded Brand New Live with my colleague Chris Havinga. The company grew into a leading marketing communication agency with a strong focus on entertainment and live communication. After a decade as co-owner, I decided to step away in 2017 to fully focus on Ambassadors of Entertainment, which I originally founded in 2007 as an independent event and management agency.

Ambassadors of Entertainment Today

Today, we represent artists such as Angela Groothuizen, Dennis van Aarssen, and Tamara Tol, managing their careers and projects. We also handle sales and distribution for various music projects.

Beyond artist management, we organize a wide range of events, from workshops and knowledge sessions to corporate parties. Our production expertise is reflected in everything we do, making every project a unique and seamless experience.

The rest of the team

Miles - Royalty & Branding 

Since 2019, I have been part of the Ambassadors of Entertainment team, where I passionately take on a variety of roles. My main focus is on royalty statements and branding, ensuring that artists are supported in achieving their ambitions—both behind the scenes and on stage.

With a background in political science and my current studies in law, I combine analytical thinking with a creative approach. In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively participate in as many events as possible, always ready to lend a helping hand.


Jay – Marketing & CRM

Since 2021, I have been a proud member of the Ambassadors of Entertainment team. In my role, I focus primarily on maintaining and expanding our extensive CRM system and managing our website. My goal is to ensure that our contacts—such as radio stations and promoters—are always well-informed about our company and artists. Additionally, I support events and contribute to boosting the online presence of our artists.

With a background in (Bsc) Marketing, Sales and communications at HvA. Also a minor at HWR Berlin, where I studied Macroeconomics, Business German and more, I combine a creative mindset and attention to detail with a curious and analytical approach. I am always looking for new ways to improve processes and maximize impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, traveling, and social life, whether it’s a cozy dinner or drinks with friends.
